I was so curious about Markus Zusak after reading The Book Thief that I went ahead and bought I am the Messenger, a book he wrote before The Book Thief.
I ordered I am the Messenger online, yesterday, not expecting to get it today, considering my local bookstore’s unreliability when it comes to online orders, but, lo and behold, not only did the order go through, but the book actually came today!
My weekend is off to a good start. I’m so psyched to start reading it!
