Book Loot

Stopped by a secondhand books store after work today and got these for almost 80% less than their original prices.  They were in relatively good condition too, which is always a plus.

  1. Can I just take this moment to comment on the abundance of red book covers that I’ve noticed in bookstores recently? I think that someone should do an academic study about if a warm color book cover affects a person’s desire to buy it.

I’ll shut out now. Just thought I would say that.

    • Maybe publishers figured that red attracts attention and you are more likely to look at a red-covered book than a white one? The fact that you’ve noticed a lot of them in bookstores just goes to show that it works….?
